VICTORIA Beckham has penned a sweet tribute to husband David after he threw her an incredible 50th birthday party.
Posh Spice was treated to a £250,000 bash at private members’ restaurant Oswald’s– with David, 48, pulling out all the stops.
Victoria was joined by a host of famous faces and all four of the other Spice Girls for a reunion that sent fans wild.
She took to Instagram after the party to thank her husband, and made a cheeky nod to his recent Netflix series.
Alongside a snap of them posing at their £30m home before they joined their guests, Victoria wrote: “I still can’t believe how special you made me feel on this evening, on my birthday, this entire week and all of our magical years together.
“Thank you, I love you so much! I am being honest!!”
Victoria’s last comment was a nod to David’s 2023 Netflix documentary, during which he called her out for lying about her upbringing.
Speaking to the camera in one scene, Victoria declared her family were “very working class”.
Before she could continue David stuck his head in the room and told her to “be honest”.
He asked the singer turned fashion designer: “What car did your dad drive you to school in?”
Victoria told David it “wasn’t a simple answer” as he continued to push her to name the car.
Eventually she revealed her dad owned a Rolls Royce in the 80s, which satisfied David as he then left the room.
Last night The Sun revealed how Spice Girls Geri Horner and Mel B had a ‘frosty reunion’ at Victoria’s party.
Mel, 48, recently claimed Geri, 51, is “lying about her age”– and insiders told us that Ginger Spice was not impressed.
A source said: “Mel tried to smooth things over with Geri at the party but it didn’t go as planned.
“She was laughing it all off but Geri didn’t seem interested in hearing what she had to say and wandered off.
“When it came to taking their group picture, Geri kept as far away from Mel as possible which was awkward to watch.
“Geri wanted to be there to celebrate Victoria and have a good laugh with everyone, not talk to Mel about the embarrassing things she’s said about her.”
