DAVID BECKHAM’s place has been a hive of activity as he gets ready to start selling his homemade honey.
Becks has been tending to the bees at his £12million Cotswolds home for the past four years and has now trademarked a name to start making a profit from it.
But rather than call it David’s Sticky Stuff, as wife Posh has referred to it, he has gone for Bee Up.
He lodged a trademark application this week through his company DB Ventures Limited.
A source said: “David absolutely loves getting outside and looking after all of the family’s hives.
“It’s very early days so nothing will be out for a while yet. But he is putting the wheels in motion to turn it into a side hustle.
“There will be plenty of people keen to try some of David’s sticky stuff.”
I certainly wouldn’t say no to some for my toast.
David regularly posts photos on Instagram of him collecting honey.
He said earlier this year he had swapped beekeeping tips with King Charles during a visit to the monarch’s Highgrove House in Gloucestershire.
David is already making a fortune through a raft of his other ventures, but I’m sure this one will make him a sweet profit.

ABBA’s BJORN ULVAEUS is playing it cool over the prospect of a third Mamma Mia! movie being made.
It comes after reports that a script is in the works. He said: “I hear there is a lot of enthusiasm about that from actors and others, but we’ll see.
“If there was to be a third movie I would do a cameo. If there was.”
The first film came out in 2008, with a sequel ten years later.
Lily flies into bother with Oasis gig plea
LILY ALLEN is regretting boasting about hooking up with Liam Gallagher on a flight to Japan in 2009 – as she’s being inundated with people asking her to get Oasis tickets.
She told about their fling in her autobiography in 2018, claiming they joined the mile-high club while he was still married to All Saints’ Nicole Appleton.
Lily said on her Miss Me podcast: “A surprising amount of people have texted me, asking me if I can help them get Oasis tickets.
“Like, me?! I really don’t think that’s going to happen.
“Like, ‘Hi, it’s me again. From yonder year.
“How are you? Just wondering if you have any space on the guesty for me, Lily’.
“Noel, if you’re a Miss Me listener, sort us out.
“I actually do know a lot of the criminal Mancunian blagging ring, so I could probably get tickets through them.”
That’s not something to brag about, either.
